Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Your item(s) should arrive within 10-15 business days.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are dynamically calculated upon checkout based on shipping location and purchase order. Orders over $30 will receive free shipping! Code: freeship
Q: What happens if delivery fails?
A: We will gladly refund or ship you a new order if your package is missing but we will not be responsible for reshipment or refund under the following circumstances:
- If customer has provided incorrect address
- If customer refuses to pay duties
- If multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery
Q: Can I change my order?
A: You can only cancel and reorder before payment has been made.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Unfortunately, we do not do returns because 100% of the proceeds from your purchase goes directly to the Children's Wish Foundation as a charitable donation.
